If you receive an item that is damaged or is not as you expected, please contact me by phone 256-770-5078 so we can discuss the matter. If the item is defective in some way, I will replace it upon return of the original. If you merely wish to return the item undamaged, wrap it carefully and send it back with the original invoice and a reason for your return. I will gladly refund your full purchase price once I receive the item.
